Russian Sage Attracts Bees and Butterflies

Perovskia atriplicifolia, commonly known as Russian Sage, can get a little out of control in the garden. If you embrace this fact, you too will come to love Russian Sage for all that it is. Its long bloom gives you a show all summer and well into the fall. Some good companion plants include, Ascepias tuberosa (Butterflyweed), Echincacea sp. (Purple Coneflower), and Hemerocallis sp. (Daylily).
